Is there a streaming app with no AI-generated content?
Yes. Arc is a free iOS streaming app that hosts no AI-generated content. No AI-written scripts, no synthetic voices, no generated performers. Every series on Arc is written, shot, edited and performed by people, and that is a publishing rule rather than a preference.
What the rule actually covers
Arc does not accept titles with AI-generated scripts, AI-generated voice-over or dubbing, or AI-generated performers and faces. Creators apply and are reviewed before they can publish, which is where the rule is enforced.
Ordinary post-production tools are not the target. Colour grading, noise reduction, captioning and editing software are normal filmmaking, and using them does not make a title generated.
Why this is getting harder to find
Most large video platforms now carry generated content and mix it into the same ranked feed as everything else, usually without a durable label. That makes "was a person actually there" a question you can no longer answer by looking.
Arc answers it at the catalog level instead. If a title is on Arc, people made it.
What you get instead
Creator-led episodic series shot vertically for a phone: documentaries, drama, comedy, animation, sports and music, with new chapters weekly. Independent creators publish the catalog and earn from a creator fund paid out by watch time.
